Phase 1: Research and Conceptualization (May 2025 - October 2025)
Market Research: Conducting competitor analysis, researching the needs of the target audience, and the esports betting market. This includes studying the current issues on platforms and potential solutions.
Project Concept Development: Developing the platform's concept, mission, values, and key offerings, such as integration with gaming ecosystems and the use of innovative features (AI agent, NFT privileges, P2P trading).
NFT Minting: Launching an NFT collection (Tier 1 and Tier 2), organizing a whitelist campaign to attract early participants. The NFT mint will be used to raise funds for project development, liquidity, and marketing.
Technology Analysis: Choosing technologies (Solana, Anchor, Node.js/Python, etc.) for the platform's creation.
Phase 2: MVP Development and Token Generation Event (TGE) (October 2025 - February 2026)
MVP Development: Creating a minimum viable product to test the core platform features, including esports betting, cases, and lotteries.
Token Generation Event (TGE): During the TGE, users who purchased NFTs at the Genesis NFT mint event will receive a certain amount of project tokens. The funds raised from the mint will be allocated to project development, liquidity, marketing, and other critical aspects. No additional token sale is planned.
Steam Integration: Completing the integration with Steam for supporting trading of in-game items and skins, as well as the initial use of project tokens in these transactions.
DAO Launch: Forming a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) for managing the project, which will be responsible for key decisions regarding the platform.
Phase 3: Feature Expansion and Marketing Campaign (February 2026 - May 2026)
AI Agent Integration: Developing and integrating an AI agent for match outcome predictions and analysis of in-game items, providing users with new opportunities to enhance their betting strategies.
P2P Marketplace Development: Implementing a marketplace for Steam items using project tokens, where users can securely exchange their assets.
Marketing Campaign: Actively launching advertising campaigns and partnerships with influencers and micro-influencers to attract users to the platform. This will include participation in esports tournaments and advertising on streams.
DAO Functionality Expansion: Implementing the ability for users to vote and propose changes to the platform through DAO, allowing them to actively participate in its development.
Phase 4: Scaling and Expansion (June 2026 - September 2026)
Expansion into New Markets: Expanding into the Asian and European markets will allow us to attract a new audience and broaden the platform's presence.
Attracting Partners: Securing agreements with major esports teams and partners to expand the audience and enhance the brand.
Introduction of New Features: Developing new products such as Fantasy Sports, social betting, and creating a platform for user-generated tournaments. This will add new mechanics and opportunities for users.
Phase 5: Evaluation and Optimization (October 2026)
Performance Evaluation: Measuring key success indicators such as the number of active users, betting volume, community growth, and user engagement. A financial stability evaluation will also be conducted.
UI/UX Optimization: Improving the interface and user experience based on feedback and data collected from users.
Updates and Improvements: Implementing new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing platform performance to enhance user experience.
